There are many ideas, many opinions and a deadline that's approaching. That's exactly the moment when it helps to have someone at the table who asks the right questions, uncovers the core and makes sure a sharp decision is made about the most effective solution. Moving fast without losing sight of the end user
A well-defined minimum viable product (MVP) makes it possible to build early, learn and adjust — without that coming at the expense of the people who will actually use the product. I help define that MVP: what are the minimum features that deliver the greatest value, for those who need it most?
Not waiting for a briefing, but thinking along from the start
Someone who only executes what's asked of them won't solve your problem. That's why I think along about what needs to be built, keep focus when the scope starts to creep, and keep the end user in mind. Even when the pressure is on.
